How Rizident works.

Preparation is a sequence, not a single upload. Here is every step, in order.

  1. 01

    Guided intake

You answer plain-language questions instead of reading form instructions. Questions appear and disappear based on your earlier answers, and everything saves automatically so you can stop and come back.

  2. 02

    Conditional document requests

Your answers decide which documents you are asked for. Someone replacing a lost card and someone correcting a name are not asked for the same evidence.

  3. 03

    Document checks

Each upload is stored privately, identified, and checked for basic quality problems such as blur or a cut-off edge. Values read from a document are only ever proposals.

  4. 04

    You resolve differences

If a document and your answer disagree, we show you both and you choose. Automated processing can never overwrite something you confirmed.

  5. 05

    Rules-based readiness

A deterministic engine evaluates your case against versioned requirements and returns one of a small set of readiness states, with the outstanding items listed in plain language.

What Rizident does not do.

We do not give legal advice, we do not predict whether USCIS will approve your case, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. Complex situations should be reviewed by a licensed attorney.
